I am already receiving disability benefits but I keep hearing about In Home Care ( like cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and yard maintenance) paid by a program. I have been disabled since 2004 and have been scraping by to afford the home maintenance. I cant do it myself and have to get my family or pay for service company to do it. Is there a program I dont know about or at least pay my services through. Also does it effect my disability benefits.

In-home assistance for disabled
I have not seen any program for this at the federal level. Some states may have such a program. For example, here is a program in Massachusetts that may be useful for reference :

If you receive assistance from such a program, it's unlikely it would affect disability benefits, assuming the benefits come from a qualified program. For example, the SSI program does not count as income support and maintenance assistance and home energy assistance.
