My child benefits was suspended many years ago and now my child is 18 years old. Now he was issued an ss number. Can we still avail the benefits that was supposed to be for my child?
Child survivor benefits suspended
Please contact Social Security directly for this.
Aside from suspension of benefits for reason of imprisonment, I am unfamiliar with suspension of child survivor benefits.
