My spouse died at 49 yrs old and we were married 23 yrs. I remarried and now divorced. Will I be eligible for a percentage of my deceased husband's benefit at age 60?
Survivor benefits after divorce
Generally, you cannot get widow’s or widower’s benefits if you remarry before age 60. But remarriage after age 60 (or age 50 if you are disabled) will not prevent you from getting benefit payments based on your former spouse’s work.

Change in living arrangements - effect on SSI
It's possible your SSI payment was reduced due to your husband's income. Therefore, you may possibly see an increase in your SSI payment as a result of him moving out.
Regardless, you must report changes in living arrangements to the SSA.
