My dad is on disability and pays child support n plus a seperate check of 500 dollars that's for me but has my moms name on it. He's aware that the money is not being spent on me so can we get the check in my name so its mine n not my moms?

It sounds as if your mother is your representative payee. I also assume that you are under 18.
In general, minors under 18 need a representative payee like your mother. However, in some cases payment can be paid directly to a minor. See this page for details :
