If a child is receiving survivors benefits, (eligible due to an acquiescence ruling in a certain circuit), will child lose survivor benefits if family relocates out of circuit?
I'm thinking no as Social Security is federal?

I recommend you verify this with your legal counsel. However, I did find this :
ARs do not have the force and effect of the law or regulations. However, they are binding on all components of SSA unless superceded, rescinded, or modified by another ruling.
