i had my daughter the end of oct and i filled in nov, she was hospitalize from oct until feb is when she came home. now in dec,jan the gave her 30.00 cause of the inst. and started in jan they came her the full amt for jan thru feb now why didnt they give her back pay for nov, dec this month is my 6-9 mth wait set 2012 mks 9mths and still no back pay wondering what to do?
